Build
Wii Style controller
Hold the board like a game controller. Tilt it and a glass bowl of water tilts with it in the browser.
Everything in this build comes in the Big Kit: $159.
- 14-Port Motherboard×1
- USB-C×1
- Orientation Sensor×1
- Button×1
Smart Home · Wi-Fi · Bluetooth
What it does
- 1The orientation sensor streams how the board is held over Bluetooth, 50 times a second, to a page in Chrome.
- 2On the page is a glass bowl of water with a toy boat. Tilt the board and the water sloshes, the boat drifts downhill, and tip it too far and the water spills. Shake it to splash.
- 3The button refills the bowl.
How to build it
- 1Slide the orientation sensor into port 5.
- 2Slide the button into port 7.
- 3Slide the USB-C into port 8 and plug the cable into your computer.
- 4Press Build this: the editor writes the code and uploads it. Or take the finished code below.
